Obituary for Linda L. Eyer

Linda L. Eyer age 78 of Greenville went home to be with the Lord on November 16, 2018 at her home near Greenville. She was born in Rockford April 4, 1940 the daughter of Howard and Ora May (Davis) Batchelder. Linda was a graduate of Greenville High School with the class of 1958 and was married in Greenville on June 28, 1958 to Raymond E. Eyer celebrating their 60th Anniversary this year. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who was an awesome cook and loved music and participated in many jam sessions. She and Ray enjoyed many winters in Florida and was always glad to be home with family and friends.She was preceded in death by her son Michael in 2010 and also her siblings, Marvin Batchhelder and Marilyn Batchelder.She is survived by her husband Ray, son and wife Rick and Sherry Eyer, all of Greenville,  grandchildren, Angelica Clarke of Montana,Erik (Gennie)Eyer of Tennessee, Amanda (Nick) Hull of Saranac, Devin Dann and Dustin (Kaley) Dann of Greenville and great grandchildren, Kadean, Ashley, Jayson, Colton and Wyatt.A Celebration of Life and visitation will be held on Monday November 19, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions in memory of Linda be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
